AGC Education Foundation aims to serve as the education clearinghouse for the construction industry in Washington, so that we can all receive training and education about careers, best practices and legal requirements in our business. Class Registration
REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all class registrations. The customer has one week (5 business days) prior to the start date of the selected class to cancel the registration, transfer or to interchange attendees. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel by the Monday of the week before the class. If cancellation occurs within one week of the class (5 business days or less), the customer must replace the canceled registrant or forfeit the registration fee. All funds must be paid before the first day of any given class in order to guarantee class placement, otherwise the class will be filled with wait-list participants.

Event Description
BUILDING A PROJECT SCHEDULE
Learn how to build a basic construction project schedule. In planning for a job to start, we need to create a project schedule. Ideally, this initial schedule becomes a benchmark for us to measure progress and costs on our jobs. This course walks through the process of building that basic schedule and preparing it to be used during the job. We will also cover some introductory issues on tracking a job in progress. This course assumes the user will be proficient with standard computer skills - we will not review how to open or save files.

**Prerequisite - Excel Basics and Reading a Project
