AGC Education Foundation aims to serve as the education clearinghouse for the construction industry in Washington, so that we can all receive training and education about careers, best practices and legal requirements in our business. Class Registration
REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all class registrations. The customer has one week (5 business days) prior to the start date of the selected class to cancel the registration, transfer or to interchange attendees. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel by the Monday of the week before the class. If cancellation occurs within one week of the class (5 business days or less), the customer must replace the canceled registrant or forfeit the registration fee. All funds must be paid before the first day of any given class in order to guarantee class placement, otherwise the class will be filled with wait-list participants.

Event Description
COMMUNICATION FOR CONTRACTORS (2003 Only)
Managing any productive job requires successful communicating and documentation. These tasks can be accomplished with MS Outlook and MS Word. The core of this class will be spent on learning the basics of email with MS Outlook, including attaching documents and pictures. We will also introduce using the Contacts, the Calendar, the Task List and Notes. Creating letters, flyers, and work journals can all be done in MS Word. This class will offer a brief introduction to using MS Word for basic communication tasks and will review formatting basics, which are similar in MS Outlook and MS Word.
