Class Registration
REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all class registrations. The customer has one week (5 business days) prior to the start date of the selected class to cancel the registration, transfer or to interchange attendees. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel by the Monday of the week before the class. If cancellation occurs within one week of the class (5 business days or less), the customer must replace the canceled registrant or forfeit the registration fee. All funds must be paid before the first day of any given class in order to guarantee class placement, otherwise the class will be filled with wait-list participants.

Event Description
Reading a Project Schedule
Learn the basics of MS Project as it applies to construction management. The first course of the Project series is designed for the superintendent (or other user) who receives a pre-built schedule and needs to know how to use MS Project to manage that schedule. The course will familiarize the user with the MS Project environment and provide introductory information on viewing and manipulating the schedule. Viewing a Three Week Look-Ahead schedule will be covered.
