Class Registration
REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for all class registrations. The customer has one week (5 business days) prior to the start date of the selected class to cancel the registration, transfer or to interchange attendees. To clarify, if the class is on Tuesday, you must cancel by the Monday of the week before the class. If cancellation occurs within one week of the class (5 business days or less), the customer must replace the canceled registrant or forfeit the registration fee. All funds must be paid before the first day of any given class in order to guarantee class placement, otherwise the class will be filled with wait-list participants.

STP, the Supervisory Training Program developed by AGC, is designed specifically to meet the needs of the construction industry. Developed, updated and field-tested by and for contractors, the Program consists of 12 courses that focus on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment and materials. These courses offer practical, relevant, time-proven ideas and skills that can help you people increase their performance and cost effectiveness.
