AGC Education Foundation aims to serve as the education clearinghouse for the construction industry in Washington, so that we can all receive training and education about careers, best practices and legal requirements in our business. The AGC Education Foundation believes that all individuals seeking to explore careers in the construction industry should be afforded the opportunity to fulfill their dream. Their dream begins with a solid foundation of quality education and training. With your financial support, we are able to provide grants, scholarships, and continue to offer outreach programs which increase the visibility and accurate portrayal of the construction industry.

Our industry faces a shortage of qualified project managers, engineers and craft workers. The complexion of the industry is changing fast. The industry professionals of tomorrow will require diverse skills; management experience, human resource training and technological expertise. Intense education and training is no longer an industry luxury, it is a requirement.

AGCEF ANNUAL FUND

The revenue generated from the AGCEF Annual Fund enables us to continue our successful programs; the introduction to construction careers to student, grants awarded to programs supporting education within the industry, continuing education to construction professionals, and positively marketing the industry throughout the community. Memorials and honorary gifts are directed to the Annual Fund unless otherwise noted by the donor.

AGCEF ENDOWMENT FUND

The Endowment Fund offered donors an opportunity to name a fund and designate its purpose for a gift of $25,000 or more.

All funds donated to the AGCEF Endowment Fund remain in a restricted account with only the interest available for the needs of the intended purpose.
